- A deposit equivalent to 1/2 the total amount is due upon booking the reservation.
- The remainder is due at check-in.
- If reservation is cancelled 14 days or more before your stay begins the deposit will be refunded if we can rebook your stay dates. If we can't rebook the dates, your deposit will be applied towards a future stay.
- If the reservation is cancelled 13 days or less before your stay begins, the amount will be applied towards a future stay.
- Pets and smoking are not permitted in the Garden Cottage or Bayside Studio unit.
- Damages caused by any guest during the stay will be charged to the responsible person's credit card on file or the one used to make the reservation.
- Check-in is 3:00 pm. Check-out 12:00 noon.
