Couple enjoying Fletcher Bay Landing

Fletcher Bay Landing offers two of the finest vacation rentals on Bainbridge Island and the Puget Sound.

A short but memorable 35-minute ferry ride from downtown Seattle transports you to the quiet solitude of our  Garden Cottage or the recently opened Bayside Studio unit.

Located  on the sunny west side of the Island on a 1-acre waterfront property on Fletcher Bay,  both units are within easy access to many cultural and recreational opportunities both onsite and nearby.

This waterfront property’s two  rental units are located 6 miles from the Ferry terminal and downtown Winslow. The Garden Cottage has its own private patio and flower and herb garden while the Bayside Studio, located in the lower walkout level of the main house is separate with its own private entrance and patio and has a great view of Fletcher Bay.

The Garden Cottage and the Bayside Studio both enjoy the private dock with swimming, canoeing, kayaking, and at low tide, exploring tidal pools and clamming. You have a choice of relaxing on the waterfront patio with a glass of wine warmed by the gas fire-pit or soak up the sun, get a tan, or read a book on the waterfront sun deck.

View bald eagle, blue heron, osprey, seal, otter and a variety of migratory waterfowl.

Kayak on Agate Passage and Puget Sound where there is a magnificent view in every direction. From the entrance of the Bay, the sunsets over the Olympic Mountains are breathtaking.

  • We spent a very lovely long weekend at the Fletcher Bay Landing cottage, which is an absolutely perfect vacation spot for a peaceful getaway. The cottage is updated, clean and quite comfortable, and it is located conveniently on the island for short drives to restaurants, shops and sightseeing. There are thoughtful touches throughout the cottage, from high thread count sheets to local maps/guides to a fully functional kitchen with modern appliances. We would recommend this cottage to anyone, and will definitely be returning. Thank you for the hospitality, Larry and Sandra!

  • We anticipated having a nice time at the Fischer's rental unit but it was 10 times nicer than we even anticipated. The accommodations were immaculate, classy and cozy. The bay was beautiful It was great to see how the bay changed with high tide and low tide. Every morning we would sit and read our books and drink coffee and watch the beautiful bay. Larry and Sandy made us feel like we were at home. Larry gave us a list of ideas for places to eat and things to do. The last night we were there, we sat by their gas fire pit and it was so beautiful we didn't want it to end. This rental unit is one of the nicest places that we have ever stayed and we will definitely be back. We will also recommend it to others.
