- A deposit equivalent to 1/2 the total amount is due upon booking the reservation.
- The remainder of the total amount is due at check-in.
- If reservation is cancelled 14 days or more before your stay begins the deposit is forfeited unless we can rebook it.
- If the reservation is cancelled 13 days or less before your stay begins, the amount will be credited towards a future stay.
- Pets and smoking are not permitted in the guest house.
- Damages caused by any guest in the party during the stay will be charged to the person's credit card on file or the one used to make the reservation.
- Check-in is 3:00 pm. Check-out 12:00 noon.
- Please email or call if you will be arriving late.
